Marcy Cheatham
A born-and-raised Athenian, Marcy has enjoyed living in various surrounding counties before moving into her dream home in Jackson county. Mother of nine, Grandmother to one, and the eldest of three sisters, she holds family in the absolute highest regard.
Marcy’s main passions center around making a significant difference in the lives of clients, friends, and family. This also includes a strong devotion to education and supporting individuals with disabilities, which has led her to becoming actively involved in school systems and adult disability programs, and even participating in foster parenting programs, all of which she has found immensely rewarding.
In her spare moments, you’ll find her exploring culinary arts in an apron or lacing up her running shoes with the ultimate goal of completing marathons across all 50 states. Running has become both a personal passion and a symbol of freedom and perseverance for her.
Professionally, she has over a decade of experience in sales which even led to a directorial role in catering sales at one point! Her journey would take an exciting turn in 2018, however, when she discovered her love of real estate; swiftly rising in the ranks to become a broker and, eventually, kickstarting our family-owned real estate brokerage.
Her efforts didn’t go unnoticed as she clinched the Diamond Award in 2022 for real estate sales excellence and she found herself consistently ranking among the top five performers in her brokerage from 2018 to 2021.
